WHY 3D CONSORTIUM ?

In all sectors of the economy, French companies are now facing fierce competition in the extremely dynamic and unpredictable international markets: new entrants, mergers and acquisitions, breakthrough innovations, sharp tariff cuts, deregulation, rapidly changing consumption patterns and values, fragility of brands and reputation, ... the external risk factors have never been so high - not to mention the current global economic conditions.

One of the essential elements of strategic capital which determine the prosperity of companies today, business competitiveness and thus the evolution of employment, is information. 3D CONSORTIUM aims to protect and promote the development of a strategic economic and technological frontier for the entire national economy. This is to maintain a market position of some leading companies, and enable them to anticipate the emergence of competing technologies in order to undertake the action necessary to maintain the competitiveness of French companies.
